ICAD I
The overall area of this zone, which is 14 sq. km, is appropriate for heavy to medium industrial, processing, and engineering operations. It is close to Abu Dhabi City Center, Abu Dhabi International Airport, and Musafah Sea Port. The total
investment amount exceeds AED 6 billion. International standards were followed in
the construction of the infrastructure and warehouses. Government agencies are

ICAD II
Medium to light manufacturing, processing, and engineering activities are best

Al Ain Industrial City- AAIC (I and II)
Located on the eastern borders of the UAE. The cost of infrastructure is 125
million. The total area covered is ten sq. km. It is connected with Abu Dhabi, Dubai,
and Sharjah with a network of modern highway
ICAD IV
Located on the west side of Mussafah Industrial City. It will cover a total area of 24
sq. km. The zone is dedicated to technology and light industries. The zone will be
specifically consigned to the Logistics Hub Support Services area and linked to the
upcoming freight railway network.
ICAD V
It will serve Abu Dhabi's automotive value chain and be devoted to the automobile
sector, making it the ideal one-stop shop for goods and services associated with
automobiles. It will span 11 square kilometers in total. The cluster seeks to provide
an alternative hub for taxis, buses, secondhand vehicles, and rental automobiles
parked and exhibited in the city center, which will aid in alleviating the Emirate's
