Overview
In order to convince the Emirates Aviation industry to significantly develop, the Abu
Dhabi Business Center was established. The Abu Dhabi Airport Free Zone
(ADAFZ), a vast business park next to Abu Dhabi International Airport, was created
by Sky City, an affiliate of Abu Dhabi Airports Company. It gives investors in the
aviation, airport services, aerospace, logistics, cargo, and freight sectors standard
free zone privileges including world-class infrastructure facilities, tax exemptions,
100% foreign business ownership, etc.
One of the most financially and strategically significant free zones in the
UAE, the Abu Dhabi Airport Free Zone is a premium cityscape designed
around the Abu Dhabi International Airport.
It covers an area larger than one square kilometer. In addition to Logistics
Park, Business Park, Destination Village, Al Falah District, and Airport City,
it also oversees five commercial areas.
The free zone offers complete warehousing, fully furnished office options,
and a number of other noteworthy and distinctive benefits.
The Airport free zone’s all-encompassing environment, which also includes leisure,
residential, retail, and lifestyle amenities, enables enterprises and their staff members
to operate and thrive over the long term. The opportunity to operate from one of the
world’s fastest-growing economies, at the heart of which is a market of more than 4
billion people distributed over the Middle East and the Asia Pacific, is presented to
businesses.
