DWTC Free Zone

DWTC (Dubai World Trade Center) Free Zone, established by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, offers lucrative business opportunities that seek a centrally located and cost-effective business setup option in Dubai. DWTC Free Zone presents a wide range of opportunities for businesses offering free zone licensing and a hassle-free branch licensing for Foreign Companies and UAE LLC companies.

The DWTC Free Zone spans over locations between the iconic Dubai World Trade Centre and the adjoining One Central. The new Dubai Trade Centre Jebel Ali will also come under the DWTC Authority once it is up and running. Its prime location, leasing proposition and excellent regulatory framework offer better opportunities for businesses.

Foreign investors can easily enter the local and regional markets, mainly due to the DWTC Free Zone’s proximity to top international companies and global events. The companies can also benefit from the event participation and logistical experience for establishing a permanent regional base in the Free Zone.
Currently, DWTC is the only UAE Free Zone that offers a dedicated desk facility. This dedicated desk is going to be 100% dedicated to your company, unlike a flexi desk. This signifies that you will get an Ejari certificate, which will help you open a UAE Corporate Bank Account easier than with the flexi desk facility option.
